How to get involved
The Wallingford Wellbeing Festival is built on collaboration. Whether you’re a business, organisation, practitioner or local resident, there are many ways to be part of shaping something meaningful for our community.
The Wallingford Wellbeing Festival is built on collaboration. We’re creating something ambitious, inclusive and community-rooted, and that means there are different ways to be involved, depending on how you’re best placed to contribute.
If you’re curious, inspired or simply feel drawn to be involved, we’d love to hear from you.
Sponsor the Festival
Sponsorship plays a vital role in making the Wallingford Wellbeing Festival possible.
Financial support helps us keep the festival as free and accessible as possible, while covering the very real costs of creating safe, high-quality, inclusive experiences across the weekend. It also allows us to invest in infrastructure, accessibility, programming and long-term sustainability.
Sponsoring the festival means aligning your organisation with a values-led event rooted in health, wellbeing, community and social impact. We work closely with sponsors to ensure visibility feels thoughtful, relevant and aligned, supporting something meaningful, rather than simply promoting a brand.
Partner With Us
We actively welcome partnerships with organisations, charities, collectives and businesses who share our values.
Partnerships may involve co-creating experiences, curating spaces, sharing expertise, supporting specific pillars, or contributing resources and ideas that enhance the festival for everyone.
If your work supports health, wellbeing, community, creativity or sustainability, and you care about how things are done as much as what is delivered, we’d love to explore how we might work together.
Partnership is about shared value and mutual benefit.
We welcome partnerships with organisations, charities, collectives and businesses who want to contribute skills, services, resources, expertise, equipment or experiences that help bring the festival to life.
Partnerships might involve:
- co-creating or curating experiences or spaces
- sharing specialist knowledge or professional services
- providing equipment, resources or logistical support
- supporting specific wellbeing pillars or zones
- collaborating around audience engagement or legacy impact
If your work aligns with health, wellbeing, community, creativity or sustainability, and you’re interested in contributing beyond financial support, partnership may be the right fit.
Advertise in the Wallingford Wellbeing Magazine
The Wallingford Wellbeing Magazine is a quarterly, digital-first publication created to educate, inspire and support community health and wellbeing throughout the year.
Launching on 22nd January*, the magazine is rooted in the belief that meaningful wellbeing support shouldn’t be limited to events or moments in time. It offers thoughtful, practical and accessible content designed to help people live more well, now, not someday - while strengthening connection, understanding and shared responsibility across the community.
The magazine also provides an important platform for storytelling. It shares the work, values and voices of those contributing to wellbeing locally and regionally, including partners, organisations and initiatives connected to the Wallingford Wellbeing Festival. In this way, the festival becomes part of a wider, ongoing conversation, not the sole focus.
Advertising in the magazine offers a way to connect with an engaged local and regional audience through carefully curated, values-aligned editorial. It’s designed to be genuinely useful content that people choose to read, share and return to.
The magazine is free to access digitally, ensuring wide reach and inclusivity. A limited print edition will be produced for the festival quarter only, available at cost, offering a tangible snapshot of the festival and the wider wellbeing community it sits within.
Advertising opportunities are available across the digital editions throughout the year, with options to feature in the festival print edition.
Volunteer
Volunteers are at the heart of the Wallingford Wellbeing Festival.
From helping set up and welcome visitors, to supporting experiences and keeping things flowing across the weekend, volunteering is a chance to be part of the energy, connection and shared purpose that makes the festival special.
Opportunities are available before, during and after the event, with roles to suit different interests, availability and levels of experience. Whether you can offer a few hours or more sustained support, your time and presence make a real difference.
